Mr. Omlor, the great defender of Catholic Tradition, was born on June 13, 1931, in Amarillo, Texas. After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, he traveled throughout the country, teaching mathematics at various Catholic institutions. In 1967 he began writing articles, questioning some of the changes that came as a result of the Second Vatican Council. As early as 1969, he became notorious to the advocates of the New Order and a guide and leaning post to those determined to cling to the traditional Faith. That same year he published one of his most well-known works, Questioning the Validity of the Masses using the New, All-English Canon. In late 1973, he and his wife, Mary, moved their large family of three sons and seven daughters to Perth in Western Australia, where they reside to this day, so that they could continue to practice their Catholic Faith in safety. Mr. Omlor has been a speaker at all three National Restoration Conferences, sponsored by the Catholic Research Institute, in Arlington, Texas, Glendale, California, and Spokane, Washington. The Catholic Research Institute is the sole distributor of Mr. Omlor's works in single form, and has the sole right to produce them in single form. See pages 12-13 of our General Catalog, for a complete listing of Mr. Omlor's works.
Sedevacantists and the "Una Cum" Problem After a brief explanation of the sedevacantist position, using the liturgy and history as his chief references, Mr. Omlor explains why anyone who adheres to the theological position of sedevacantism, cannot, in conscience, attend a Mass where the head of the conciliar church is mentioned in the Canon. $6.00 each Please use the CRI Order Blank when completing your order. Thank You. October 04, 2008 |
