JIM HOWARD

        Dr. Howard was born and raised in Richland, Washington.  He then attended and graduated from Columbia High School.  This school is now known as Richland High School.  After high school Dr. Howard furthered his schooling career by enroling at Eastern Washington University.  He graduated from Eastern with his Bachelor's Degree in education, and his Master's Degree in administration.  He then attended the University of Oregon and from there he recieved his PhD.

        Dr. Howard has been teaching a total of twenty-nine years, and has worked as an administrator for twenty-five years.  He has spent three of his twenty-nine years as an admisnistrator at Davenport School District.  Dr. Howard's official titles at Davenport are Superintendent for the school district, Secretary of the School Board, and Affirmative Action  Officer.
