Davenport High School athletics are divided into three seasons, Fall, Winter and Spring.  Fall sports consist of:  football, volleyball, cross country and cheeleading.  Winter sports consist of both boys and girls basketball, wrestling and cheerleading.  Spring sports consist of baseball, softball, tennis, track, and golf. 

    To participate in any sport here at Davenport high school, you must maintain a 2.0 grade point average.  You also have to obide by the student handbook, and the code of athletics.  This states that you have to keep your grades up, you're not allowed to smoke, drink, or do any other sort of drugs.  You must attend practice the day before the game in order to start.

Cross Country

    This years cross country team was coached by Harold Patterson

Boys Basketball

    This years boys basketball team was coached by Don Van Lierop, and Jim Pebles
