D.H.S. Participation in Senator Challenge

The challenge site is to showcase webpages from Washington state classrooms on Slade Gorton's U.S. Senate website to help highlight how classrooms around Washington State are using hi-technology. So it is with great enthusiasm that Slade introduces “Create-A-Page Challenge.”

The challenge to us is to create a page that represents our school and/or our community. Here are some of the ideas for the pages:

Create a page about your school, city or region in Washington state. Include facts about local geology, industry, history or interesting people. Show and tell people what you like about living in the Northwest.
Create a page that might help other students learn more about history or our government. Click here to see example.
Design a game or puzzle that incorporates facts about Washington state.
