WORLD WAR II, THE WAR OF THE WORLD                                            

1939-1945

    Adolf Hitler was the leader of German troops in world war 2.  Hitler took advantage of the depression in Germany and developed a great war machine and took over surrounding nations.  Hitler was one of the best speakers of all time.  His speeches inspired the Germans to fight.  Hitler's speaches would start off soft and normal and then he would get louder and louder until he was at full volume.  Germany got the Italians and Japan to fight along with them in the war.  The U.S. stayed out of the war until 1941 when the Japanese secretly attacked Pearl on December 7, 1941.  The U.S. could not stand around and wait for the war to end they had to do something.  the u.s. led the allies and took Japan out of the war with two atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  After Japan was out of the war Germany was a sitting duck sort of speak  It did not take long for the U.S. and the allies to eliminate Germany and end the war.  Germany finally submitted in 1945 when the U.S. was closing in on Hitler when Hitler shot himself in the head and killing himself.  After Hitler committed suicide Germany had no choice but to surrender.
