If you are using Netscape Communicator go to the edit pull down menu and select Preferences. Go to the mail and groups tab and click on the + then go to the mail servers tab. Your Outgoing and Incoming mail servers should both be set to mail.sisna.com. Your POP3 username is your username all by itself, not your e-mail address. Now, go to the identity tab. Enter in your name and e-mail address. Also, your NNTP server should be set to news.sisna.com, Click on the group sever tab to set this. Click OK and you are done.
