If you are using Netscape 2.0 or 3.0 go to the options pull down menu and select Mail and News Preferences. Go to the servers tab. Your Outgoing and Incoming mail servers should both be set to mail.sisna.com. Your POP3 username is your username all by itself, not your e-mail address. Also, your NNTP server should be set to news.sisna.com. Now, go to the identity tab. Enter in your name and e-mail address. Click OK and you are done.
