Outlook Express
Outlook Express is the E-mail program used by Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. To set this
up, go to your tools pull down menu and go to accounts. If there is not an account listed,
click on add. Enter in your name and click on next. On the next window, select POP3 on the
pull down menu at the top. Set you incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.sisna.com and
click on next. In the next window, enter in your username and password and click on next.
For a friendly name, enter in mail.sisna.com. This will be the name you will use to
identify your e-mail account. Click on next. Under connection type, select Connect using
my phone line. Click on next then finish and you are done.
Outlook Express allows your to have more than one e-mail account listed. However if you
need to change change your settings, go to the tools pull down menu then Accounts and to
the Mail tab. Highlight the account you want to alter and click on properties. Go to the
general tab and make sure that your name and your e-mail address is entered in. Now go to
your Servers tab, the incoming and outgoing mail servers should both be set to
mail.sisna.com. Under account name, your username should be listed all by itself. Make
sure your password is entered in and click OK.
Microsoft Outlook
Open up Microsoft Outlook and go to your tools pull down menu and select services. If
Internet Mail is not listed click on add. When the next window pops up, highlight Internet
Mail and click OK. If Internet mail is listed, simply double click on it. In the next
window, enter in your name and e-mail address. Under mailbox information, enter in
mail.sisna.com under Internet Mail server. Under account name enter in your username all
by itself. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address. Now click on the
connection tab. Click on where is says Connect using the modem and make sure that SISNA is
listed as your Dial-Up Networking connection. Click OK and you are done.
