    Six months ago I contracted Bell's Palsy. During my search of the Internet, I could not find a day to day accounting of the progress of this bothersome palsy. So I decided to keep a Diary about my progress, both about the onset and the eventual recovery. There is also a forum, Bell's Palsy Forum, for those with or interested in Bell's Palsy. My hope is that with personal contact our experience won't be so lonesome or uncertain.

• Scott Steele is a new friend. He and his family have moved into our area to set up and run an Internet Provider business. His company, SISNA, is our Internet Provider. If you are looking for someone to go out of there way for you, Scott is your man.

North Idaho College is where I'm currently attending College. My major is Computer Science and I have an interest in Secondary Education.

David Mann is the Main Man(n) at North Idaho College's Computer Science Department. An excellent Teacher. I know he'd be delighted to answer any questions you might have about our small but GREAT! Junior College.

    The all American Past time, Baseball has a lot of great things to look at and some fun offers as well.

    My favorite sport to watch is Basketball . NBA.COM has a lot of great news. They stay very current are constantly running some kind of contest.

    If there is one thing I love to do on a computer, it's got to be downloading! Can't explain it, but I know I'm not alone. I hope to continually add to this list.

2. 1. Strouds is an excellent place to find the most up-to-date applications, expecially for Windows 95 and NT 4.0.
   2. Tucows is another great site to get the up-to-date stuff. Just can't get enough of it.
