The club is headquartered
in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho and serves the panhandle region. KARS holds
meetings on the second Monday of each month, 7:30 p.m. at the Sheprock Building,
located at the Coeur d’ Alene Airport.
KARS also operates voice
repeaters on 146.98 and 444.775 and a packet repeater on 145.510. Anyone
interested in amateur radio is welcome to join. Dues are $12.00 / year single
and $18.00 year for family memberships.
